The recruiter was really unprofessional. He called me during my work hours and did a phone interview right away without any heads-up. He also sounded like a loan sales guy, which was a turn-off. At the end, he asked for my current salary (which is normal in HK) but then wanted proof! Clearly, there's no trust or respect for candidates here.
