I had a phone interview where we started with core competency questions and then moved on to detailed scenarios. Two interviewers were there, each handling different parts, and it went for about 45 minutes.

The interview process included some tests and a video interview initially. Following that, there was an assessment centre which involved a group exercise, an interview, a case study, and a presentation. The case study was an individual task where we were given a 10-page information booklet to read and had to prepare answers for a presentation. My specific case study focused on evaluating an investment proposal. For the presentation, I had to present my findings to an assessor and then answer their questions. There was also a group interview, which was similar to the case study but done with a group.
