I had my first interview with HR, then a second one with the Head of Service Management. I was supposed to have a third interview with a senior Stakeholder, but unfortunately, I was rejected before that happened.

Zürich contacted me and invited me to apply for this position. During the first interview, we talked about salary. The HR manager said it was okay for us. Second round: What is your salary? Really? Do you talk to each other??? I mentioned the same numbers. HR Manager: Hm, that's too much...Nevertheless, on Monday, they made me an offer, with a lower salary than my current job (and fewer bonuses and vacation etc.). I said I wanted to negotiate training. On Wednesday, after they had interviewed another candidate, they withdrew their offer because "I wanted to negotiate" (about my training). Are you serious? Making an offer while interviewing other people? And then blaming me for wanting to negotiate the contract terms. Summary: If you say yes to everything, accept whatever you get, and don't look beyond your nose: Perfect company. In all other cases: Do what all my friends say: Just stay away!
