The process was very quick and everyone was very friendly. Only at the end did HR disappear and stop responding. Salary below market value, unfortunately. I was available to discuss the proposal, but since I was initially inflexible, I don't think they liked it. Maybe next time? Or not... They ask about your background, a relaxed conversation. Then a technical test on HackerRank. You don't need to get everything right, but articulate well the solution you understand as the best.

All stages were handled very well by the employees. There were no delays and they always make you feel very comfortable. Have your 'professional story' well organized in your head because you will need to give at least a summary of it all so they understand how vast and solid your background is. This will happen in all stages of the process. The process has 4 stages: - Interview with HR to understand if there is a cultural fit with the company in general and how your English level is depending on the vacancy (it may be necessary to speak in English); - Technical interview with a Tech Lead or another senior developer to answer some general questions and perform live code review and live coding; - Higher-level technical interview (general knowledge about development technologies and soft skills) with the technical leader for your position; - Interview with the director relevant to your position to understand if you have the profile the project is looking for. If there is an offer, they will call you a few days after this last stage for a call where they will present it to you in full.
