The process was pretty standard for an SDR. I first chatted with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally the VP of Sales. Each of these chats was done over Zoom and lasted about 30 minutes.

Applied online and heard back about a day or two later about being selected for a phone interview. An internal recruiter reached out to schedule a time to chat. Unfortunately, she missed the call, so I reached out to reschedule. I was then told about a system glitch in her calendar and we rescheduled. We aimed for the same time the following week, and again I had a block of time set aside, but never received my call or any notification that she couldn't make it, nor did I get any word after apologizing for the inconvenience again. Not the professionalism I would expect from a company like this.

Behavioral Technical

I applied on the website and the internal recruitment team reached out for an initial call. I told them I had minimal experience, which they said was fine. Then I had another call with the hiring manager and had to draft an outbound email. That went well. Next, I had a follow-up call with the hiring manager's manager, which also went well. After that, I spoke with the director of all business. In the end, they decided I didn't have enough experience, which is exactly what I told the recruiter on day one. It took me 2 weeks to prepare, and I was rejected for something I was upfront about. It was a really bad experience, and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
