The interview process took about 5-6 weeks. It included a recruiter call, a meeting with the hiring manager, a substantial assignment where I had to tackle one of their real problems by creating a vision, strategy, high-level roadmap, and wireframes, followed by a presentation. Then there were two technical interviews. Ultimately, they decided not to move forward with hiring for the position.

It was pretty straightforward. First, there was an HR screening, then a 45-minute interview with the team. They asked general behavior questions. Communication was good the whole way through. It was a good experience, I'd recommend it, I enjoyed it. It was rewarding and everyone was kind.

I had one preliminary screening and then 3 more rounds of interviews, most of them in person. I met with a variety of employees and senior executives, including the CEO, who all had different roles and backgrounds. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. It was a very informative and useful process overall. The HR recruiters were fantastic! They handled all the interview scheduling and were very upfront, easy to reach, responsive, and honest throughout the whole hiring process and even after I got the offer. Both HR and the hiring manager clearly explained what was expected from the start so there were no surprises. The hiring manager and Sr. VP kept in touch regularly, which made me feel good about accepting the job offer.
