TPM Manager
The whole process had 6 rounds. It was efficient and a really good experience overall. There were 2 rounds that were about TPM role questions, 2 rounds focused on technical aspects - product and technology, and a couple of rounds for managerial skills.

Manager
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter quickly, likely thanks to a referral. I spoke with the recruiter and then the hiring manager, and things seemed to go well, leading to an on-site interview. While waiting for feedback, another recruiter contacted me about a different role and I went through a similar process. However, after the last call for the second role, both recruiters went silent. After about a month, the first recruiter finally responded, confirming my earlier thoughts. I never heard back from the second recruiter despite trying to get feedback. It seems like this has happened to others too based on reviews.

Senior Manager
The interview process spanned over a month, largely due to the hiring manager's vacation. After returning, the same hiring manager resigned the day after my interview. He shared some negative feedback about the company, which made more sense later. The final stages involved what felt like free consulting, where I was given data and asked to analyze trends and propose solutions. I decided not to proceed with my application after this stage.
- Can you elaborate on your experience managing offshore resources?
