I had an initial conversation with a Recruiter, then I got an interview for a live coding test. It was a php test based on a real problem the company had where I had to fix a tricky issue with urls. I had to share my screen during the 1-hour interview and the interviewer was always there, giving me minor tips when He saw I was losing time on unimportant things. It was hard but doable.

They sent me an email to set up an interview. We picked a day and time. The interview was on Skype and I immediately got a feel for the place. They asked me about my career goals, my past jobs, and my computer program skills and if I used them before.
