Did a Zoom call first, and then came in person. We walked around the facility and I met some people. I answered a bunch of questions from different folks in the department. Also had a group lunch with some employees while I was there for the interview.

Even though I got good feedback at every step, they ghosted me after the third interview even after I left them several messages.
