It's usually a pretty long hiring process, and they do have a panel interview for sales roles. I wouldn't say it's a difficult process. Just come prepared knowing a little bit about the company and bring questions. Make sure you do your research on whoever is interviewing you.

The hiring manager and interviewers were very professional. The recruiter, when offering the job, immediately mentioned there were other candidates if I didn't accept. Because I tried to negotiate and the hiring manager was open to it, he negatively influenced the outcome simply because he was upset with the negotiation. This is a red flag when a company is unwilling to negotiate and believes they are unique and people must accept their terms without discussion.

It was a 3-round process. The first round was a 30 min screening with the recruiter, where they told me about the company and asked questions about me. The second round was with the hiring manager, including a mock sales call where I had to pitch a company as Zscaler. The third round was a panel interview with 4-5 people. I had to make a presentation about myself and why I wanted to work at Zscaler. I was also given a company to research and had to find points of contact and write a cold call email. This was followed by two mock sales calls. It took 3 weeks in total. I received an email saying I didn't get the job, which was upsetting, especially since they dragged out the process and didn't provide feedback. I wish I knew why I didn't get it.
