After the initial phone screening, the interview process has two more stages. First, there's a 30-minute chat with the hiring manager, and then a 30-minute exercise where you'll do a mock cold email. If you do well, the next step is an interview with an account executive and maybe a sales engineer, which includes a mock call.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quite long, and honestly, I ended up accepting another offer because it had too many rounds and the turnaround time wasn't quick enough for me. The people I talked to were really nice though! If the process had been faster, I might have felt differently. You should definitely be prepared for these interviews. Do your homework on the company and its values, just like you would for any job. They really seem to value that! By the time I had gone through about three rounds, I had already accepted another position, so I didn't make it to the offer stage.

The process moved pretty fast. There were three total rounds. The first was with a current SDR manager, the second with the director, and the last was a business plan presentation to a panel. The panel included the director and some other SDR managers. That panel interview was really long, and they weren't very clear on what they wanted in the presentation.
