The recruiter was great. The screening went fine. The first chat was with the hiring manager, but he was really aggressive and demeaning, so I decided to stop the process.

The early interviews, whether by phone or in person, were engaging. They did a good job of selling the opportunity and made sure to assess cultural fit. Interestingly, only one manager in the second (face-to-face) interview actually asked detailed questions about core skills. The final interview with a senior manager in the US was surprisingly lacking in relevant questions, which was unexpected given their global role. Follow-up after the final interview was poor, taking them 9 days to provide vague feedback. We likely wouldn't have heard back without persistent follow-up.
