It was long but felt right. You should be ready to discuss the solutions and what they solve for. All the leaders came across as really nice and enthusiastic about the solution and their customer delivery. Overall, a positive experience.

I was first contacted by the country manager and accepted an initial call. Following that, I had an interview with the recruiter who outlined the standard process. Then, I spoke with the new local manager, their regional VP, and a colleague. The overall process felt pretty normal but was very slow and lacked structure, a bit disorganized. After completing 5 calls/interviews, communication stopped. Despite sending a few reminders, they promised an update, but then everything went silent again without final feedback. I assume they decided on another candidate but didn't bother to inform me? It was quite rude, hopefully, they treat their customers better.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Terrible process! I'm only writing this in hopes management reads this. Your recruiters are straight up not doing their job. I interviewed 6 times for both commercial and enterprise sales roles. The process took over two months and I had to reach out myself each week just to get an update or schedule my own next steps. They kept me in the dark and I finally got a canned reply saying I didn’t get the job. I asked for feedback from the sales director, sales manager, and recruiter and was completely ignored. In this job market, how do you expect to find good talent with processes like this? 4 months later, the role is still open and they are still struggling to find an account manager for the Wisconsin territory. This month, 2 recruiters contacted me and didn’t know I already interviewed. When I told them about my experience with their team, they again decided not to reply back to me. Truly embarrassing. I hope management takes a look at these reviews…
