Case Technical

My interview process offered valuable insights. The case study round highlighted areas for growth, as I managed to answer 3 out of 5 questions. However, my junior round was a definite highlight; it was a productive 75-minute conversation where the hiring manager's sustained engagement made for a truly positive interaction.

Case Behavioral

Interviews were pretty straightforward, but the recruiter was super unresponsive, and it took 3 months from the initial phone screening to my first interview. After that, I had one case interview, then the final rounds had 2 more cases and a behavioral interview. The cases were quite easy, but by the time the long process ended, the job was already filled. Total waste of my time and the interviewers' time since they could have told me sooner. They only gave me positive feedback when I asked for it.

Technical Case Behavioral

The interview process for the Decision Analytics Associate (DAA) role at ZS Associates usually has three parts: first, an online test for quantitative and logic skills; then, a case study interview to see how you solve problems and analyze things; and finally, a behavioral interview to check your communication, teamwork, and if you fit the company culture. You really need good business sense and skills in interpreting data to do well in this.

Technical Behavioral

I cleared an assessment and a phone screen. Then I was invited for an interview with the manager. The manager started with a negative note, that he was interviewing just because I did well on the assessment and they are looking for someone experienced. The rest of the interview was just me trying to explain what I did previously but the manager didn't believe anything I said which was demotivating. Midway in the interview I gave up, couldn't convince the manager as he did not respect me or anything I was saying. Wouldn't want to work for such a person anyway.
