First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ZRG Partners.
Contractor
I spoke with the sourcing manager first, and then I interviewed with two managing directors. I tried to follow up many times, but the head of sourcing never got back to me. They never reply to my emails, and I really don't think they even considered me for any contract roles.
- Can you describe your background?
Graduate Rotational Program
It was a 4 round process. The first round was an HR screening. The 2nd and 3rd rounds were with executive search managers. The final 4th round was with an executive. The process was respectful overall, and everyone was nice except for the last interviewer. They were 7 minutes late and seemed distracted, which was unprofessional. I didn't get an offer because of 'lack of experience', which was a bit of a cop-out since I got through 3 rounds. Make sure you're passionate about the field before committing.
- What is your interest in ZRG?
- What are your motivations for pursuing executive search?
Client Services Associate
The process was really straightforward and simple. A recruiter reached out and was super helpful throughout. We had an initial chat to see if I was a good fit, and then I went on to have three separate interviews with the managers I'd be working with.
- Can you share an instance where you had to handle a challenging colleague or situation?
Financial Controller
There were two interviews. The first one was mostly about my background, and they also shared details about the client company and what they are looking for. The second interview was more to the point, with direct questions about my experience.
- Can you discuss your background and share specific examples of process improvements you've implemented that led to financial and operational gains for your company?
