The whole thing took about a month from when the recruiter first hit me up to when I got ghosted. It kicked off with a questionnaire, then I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was more technical, followed by back-to-back interviews with two engineers. The engineer interviews were more about my resume. I had a really bad time with the second engineer, who seemed like he didn't even want to hear what I had to say. The recruiters were cool though. After the last interview, I heard nothing for two weeks before they sent the rejection email.
