So the whole hiring thing starts with a take-home assignment. After that, there are three interview rounds. First, a phone screening. Then, two technical interviews where they check how you solve problems, your coding abilities, and your practical knowledge before you move on.

A recruiter reached out and I was given a take-home assignment that took me about 3-4 hours to complete. They took around 10 days to review it, but then just said they weren't moving forward with my application. I tried to get some feedback since I thought I did a good job on the assignment, but they never responded to my email. I suspect they didn't even look at my work and just rejected me. I used a Google API in my code for mapping locations, so if they had run it, they would have seen results. They never ran my code, which is very unprofessional.

So the interview process started with a take-home assessment. After that, there was a panel interview that had 6 different sessions. These included a round for mathematical and problem-solving skills, a presentation based on the take-home assessment, an interview with a cross-functional team manager, a session on statistics and probability, an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a coding interview.
