A recruiter reached out and I was given a take-home assignment that took me about 3-4 hours to complete. They took around 10 days to review it, but then just said they weren't moving forward with my application. I tried to get some feedback since I thought I did a good job on the assignment, but they never responded to my email. I suspect they didn't even look at my work and just rejected me. I used a Google API in my code for mapping locations, so if they had run it, they would have seen results. They never ran my code, which is very unprofessional.
