The interview process involved three steps: first, an interview with the HR Manager, then an interview with the Delivery Manager, and finally an interview with the Chief Executive Officer. The entire process moved quickly and was a very positive experience.

I had a phone screen with the recruiter first, then the following week, I went in person to interview with the hiring manager and the team lead. There was no white boarding or LeetCode-style problems; it was all conversational. They asked pretty standard questions to get a feel for my skills.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole interview process from applying to getting an offer took about 4 weeks. I applied online on a Friday. The next Friday, I got scheduled for an initial phone interview with HR and a delivery manager for the following Monday. A second phone interview happened on Thursday with more people from different teams. Right after that call, they asked me to come for an in-person interview, which was scheduled for two weeks later. This onsite interview involved meeting with managers from various departments, a peer, a VP, and HR. They mentioned that sometimes late nights and weekends are needed, which is usual for places that develop software. They talked about some of the big challenges of the role and how fast their teams work. The interview was mostly conversational, not really question-and-answer. I could ask all the questions I wanted to understand the company. They used a lot of software industry acronyms when discussing their development cycle, and everyone seemed very knowledgeable. After about 30-45 minutes, they gave me a tour of the building and introduced me to some friendly staff and their dogs. By the end of the tour, it was after 5 PM, so most people had already left. I was nervous, but it turned out fine. Everyone was really nice, gave me their business cards, and recommended good places to eat and visit the next morning. At the end of the tour, after meeting with the HR director, I was given an offer letter.

I really enjoyed this interview. It was my first interview with 3 people, which made me a bit nervous at first since I didn't know there would be multiple interviewers. However, all 3 managers were very friendly, casual, and engaging. Upon arrival, I noticed the building's beautiful, polished, and professional appearance with updated features like glass stairs and a coffee bar. They offer a variety of coffee for customers and employees. I was given a tour, and I saw their spacious lounge, cafeteria, upstairs office area, and lobby, which I found very impressive. The interview itself lasted about 30-40 minutes, and I was asked standard interview questions. I would gladly interview with them again.
