The interview process was really unpleasant, I would not recommend interviewing here if you're actively job searching. It started with an HR screening, followed by an interview with a manager. Then, I had a week to complete a case study, essentially creating a full go-to-market strategy for them for free. After dedicating a week to crafting the best strategy and slides and presenting it to the GM, they quickly responded with no specific feedback, just stating that my application wouldn't be moving forward. When I inquired about feedback, they ghosted me. I suspect they did this to gain my insights and expertise, rather than genuinely looking to hire. Additionally, the manager was untruthful on several points during the interview.

The interview process started out pretty standard: there was a basic online application form, and then an initial interview. However, it rapidly went downhill when the next stage of the application process turned out to be a huge research-based case study that ended in you giving a 30-minute presentation. For a part-time internship, that seemed excessive - and completely tone-deaf to the fact that applicants have other commitments (such as paid work, studying etc.) to juggle at the same time. The team took over a week to follow up after each interview stage, meaning that the two stages spanned about a month. To make matters worse, the team wasn't able to say whether the second stage of the recruitment process was the final stage or not! Overall, my impression was that the team didn't appreciate that candidates had other commitments on during the interview process, and there was no awareness that they might need answers in a timely manner so that they can adjust accordingly.

I interviewed with a number of people and completed a legal assessment which involved a contract redline. I spent a lot of time preparing for and finishing the interviews and assessment. I let them know I was interviewing with other companies and requested transparency and updates. Each time I followed up after not hearing back for weeks, I was told I was a top candidate and they'd reply in a few days. They didn't reply for weeks. It was dishonest and not transparent, and pretty rude considering how much time candidates spend on the interview process.

So, it was 4 rounds total, and the whole thing dragged on for 7 weeks. They were super quiet about who I'd be talking to unless I dug into it myself online. I had three interviews rescheduled, and the first one, they didn't even tell me until I pinged them after waiting in the meeting link for a bit. The final interview got canned, and I had to wait to hear back about rescheduling, only to find out the next week that they'd filled the position anyway.
