Behavioral Presentation

The whole interview process was super smooth and really well put together. I always knew what was going on because the communication was top-notch, making it feel both fast and totally open. Everyone I talked to was awesome – super smart and really nice to chat with. They explained the company's values, what the job was about, and the general vibe of the company really well. It gave me a clear picture and made me more sure and excited about the chance. Big shout-out to Javen Holcombe, the recruiter. Javen was so quick to reply, paid attention to everything, and was always ahead of things. He kept me posted and made sure I knew what was happening at every stage. His professional and friendly approach really showed what the company is like, and I felt really supported the whole time. Honestly, it was a great experience, and I loved how smoothly everything went.

I had a few interviews over a couple of weeks, first with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a Senior Director, and finally the CxO. It was pretty straightforward, just direct questions, no case studies.

The interview process started with a phone screen, followed by three more rounds with people on the team and folks I'd work with. Each of those was about 30 minutes. The recruiter kept in touch the whole time. Everyone was really nice and mostly asked about my past experiences and how I've handled situations.
