Customer Service Representative
The interview process involved multiple rounds with standard questions. There was an interview, role play, and technical questions. I met with several leaders, and the experience was positive, making it seem like a great place to work.
- Can you solve problems using sheets?
- Technical questions related to problem-solving with spreadsheets.
Customer Support Associate
This was the best interview process I've experienced. From the initial contact with DiscoverOrg, the interactions were very kind. The process included an initial phone call to discuss the role and assess fit, followed by a skills test. If successful, an on-site interview was offered. This interview involved a panel of managers and current team members. The office environment was very welcoming, and I felt unusually comfortable, unlike in other interviews. The company maintained excellent communication before and after the interview, which is rare. Even without an offer, the treatment received would have been impressive.
- Can you describe what DiscoverOrg is?
Customer Support Representative
Had an HR call for about 15 minutes. Then, after the HR call, they told me the position was closed. About 3 weeks later, they called me back and invited me for an on-site interview. The interview involved some questions and then an interview with the CEO. The questions were pretty straightforward, but the CEO interview was strange. The CEO actually left in the middle for phone calls twice, and I was left waiting. It felt pretty disrespectful.
- What are your future plans?
- Why aren't you pursuing a QA role instead?
