The interview process was simple and straightforward. They showed a real care for the company and its employees. It was more about defining the company and its goals, which was nice, because most interviews feel like an interrogation instead of a conversation.

Behavioral Other

The whole thing took 6 weeks after I applied online. It started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview. After that, I did a ride-along which was really misleading. They told me there was no pressure and I just needed to see if I liked the job. I just watched for 10 hours and only got $60. Then they said I'd hear back from the branch manager, but I never did. It was a big waste of my time.
