I applied online and my status changed to 'Interviewing' the next day. The recruiter took about 2 to 2.5 weeks to reach out. The initial recruiter screen was great; they focused on culture fit, were really open about the company, the job, and pay. There were three more rounds with the hiring manager, a peer manager from another department, and the hiring manager's boss. These interviews felt more like conversations than strict Q&As. The whole process, from the recruiter screen to the final interview, happened within 8 business days. I got a verbal offer on the third business day after the last interview, and the official offer letter came a few hours after I accepted verbally.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 4 interviews over about two weeks. First, there was a recruiter call, and then three more interviews with different people on the sales team. The interviews themselves were pretty standard. My main issue was with the recruiters and how long it took to get a final decision after my last interview, almost a month. The recruiter kept saying I was a top candidate and that a decision was coming soon, which didn't help.
