Recruiter hit me up a week after I sent my resume. Chat with the recruiter went good, they said they were gonna push my resume for the next round and that I'd hear back in 2-3 days. After that, nothing for over a week, so I had to follow up with the recruiter to find out they weren't moving forward.

Behavioral Case

Honestly, the only clear interview session was with HR, who could have explained more about the team, incentives, and product types. I ended up asking the users these questions because I figured they'd know better. The first user struggled to answer basic questions about potential clients and incentives. When I asked about an Indonesian office and office hours via Zoom, she turned the question back to me, asking my preference. She also gave a confusing answer about the office situation instead of stating honestly if there was no existing office. The last user was slightly better, but also dodged my question about working hours by asking my preference again. I mentioned I prefer hybrid, and he stated there's no official office but we have bi-weekly offline meetings. I'm pretty confused because the LinkedIn job description for an Account Executive focused on client acquisition, but it turned out they were looking for someone with a Business Development and partnership background, which I only found out after several interviews.

Super fast process, only 3 interviews total (HR, Director Brazil, and Director LATAM). None lasted more than 50 minutes. It was quick and to the point, with questions that really seemed to matter for the job.
