The process starts with a phone interview, which is the initial screening. If that goes well, a face-to-face interview with the department head is scheduled. The second interview was conducted by another maintenance supervisor. They asked about common practical scenarios and process equipment, and seemed particularly interested in learning about the salaries at my previous companies. In the end, HR didn't provide any feedback, just a message through the application stating that the interview wasn't satisfactory and my profile didn't meet their requirements. There was no further feedback after that.

The interview process started great, including a plant tour and discussions covering behavioral questions and my background. I was told to follow up the next week. When I did, I learned they had made a decision but were awaiting approval from upper management. They asked me to check back in a week. After another follow-up, they stated they were still working on it, and then communication ceased. For the next three weeks, neither the interviewer nor HR responded to my calls or emails. I've decided to withdraw my application from this company.
