Used a web portal with a silly "salary range" question, which is always a way to get disqualified from the interview process right away. Normal people are willing to be flexible if they're given a chance to improve their position.

The recruiter hit me up a day or two after I applied online. It kicked off with a phone interview, then a video one with the recruiter and the founder. It felt okay, and they said I'd hear back by the next Monday about moving forward. The process seemed to be moving fast until they just stopped considering me. They never got back to me, and when I checked their career site, the job listing was gone. Ghosting is pretty standard these days. That's just how it is.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really relaxed interview. I talked to three people: someone from HR, the lead of the project I'd be working on, and a VFX supervisor. They were all super nice and it felt more like a chat about our experiences and thoughts rather than an interview. It seemed like they genuinely cared about my career and personal life, which is rare in this field.

I met with a group of 6 people, including the Head of Production, VFX Supervisor, recruiter, program manager, and executives. We discussed the proposed project. It was a pleasant and amicable interview with the team.
