It's an easy 4 step process. You'll have an aptitude test first, then a group discussion. After that, there are two HR interviews. One HR interview is more technical, and the other is a general HR one. Day 1 is the aptitude test, and Day 2 is the group discussion. On Day 3, you'll have the two HR interviews. Some candidates might get up to three interview calls depending on the team they are interviewing for.

Technical Technical Behavioral

The interview process starts with an online or walk-in test that covers aptitude, basic technical knowledge, and English comprehension. This test might include logical reasoning, basic math, problem-solving, grammar, sentence correction, comprehension passages, networking basics, operating systems, and sometimes puzzles or general tech awareness. Following this, there are one to two rounds of technical interviews focusing on networking concepts (like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls), OS concepts (Windows/Linux commands, troubleshooting), knowledge of ITSM tools (SCCM, Intune, EDR, SOC, MDM), and customer support skills, often with scenario-based questions. After that, a managerial or advanced technical round will present more scenario-based troubleshooting questions, assess your prioritization and incident handling skills, and might involve practical tests like writing commands or basic configurations, also evaluating communication and teamwork. Finally, there's an HR interview covering standard questions like your background, interest in the company and role, future goals, salary expectations, and work shift availability.

I was rejected in the final round because my background wasn't a good fit, I was overqualified. It would have been fine if they had mentioned this in the first round.
