Project Manager
I applied and had an initial HR interview, which was pretty good, casual, and straightforward. The second interview with the director of operations was a bit sketchy though, her camera wasn't working which I thought was weird. I felt rejected from the start because she mentioned I was overqualified and didn't seem to pay attention to my strengths. After waiting 3 weeks with no response, I had to chase HR for an update and finally received a generic rejection email with no feedback. I hope they can improve their process to provide timely responses and feedback.
- Tell me about a past challenge you faced and how you resolved it.
Account Executive
The interview process was straightforward. I sat down with the hiring manager and we went over what the job entailed and what was required of me if I was hired. Then he asked me a few questions about my resume and if I felt that I was qualified for the job. After a little more conversation he let me know he would be in touch. It was refreshing because the manager was laid back and was just looking to have a conversation. I didn't feel under pressure and therefore it felt like a good interview.
- When something at work makes you angry, how do you handle it and reset?
Account Manager
It was a really positive experience. Everyone was professional and provided a lot of useful information about the company, which made me feel quite comfortable and sparked my interest in the role. I'm hoping for a good, long-term connection with them. I've even told some friends about the company's services and potential job openings.
- Can you tell me about your experience in sales?
Design Specialist
I applied through Indeed by sending in my resume and filling out an application online. About a week after that, they reached out to set up a phone interview, which was about 25 minutes long. By the end of the week, I got an offer email.
- Describe a situation where you had to work with clients.
