3 rounds with managers from the local sales team. Brief interviews and some role play and coaching adjustments on the interview. Brief but through with manager's asking questions. Had a quick time through interviews before offer.

the interview process was short and the recruiter felt like she was reading off a script, which made it feel a bit impersonal, but I guess that's her job. I only had one round and I'm not sure what they were looking for that I didn't demonstrate.

So I was contacted by a recruiter about a Sales role, but I told them I was more interested in Account Management and building client relationships over time. Then I had a second phone call with another HR person. Because I work during the day, I told them I'd have to do phone interviews after 5:30pm. They seemed bothered by this and could only set up a call for 5pm with someone from the Account Management team. I ended up speaking to 3 different people and none of them seemed to know much about the company or the role. They all just repeated 'providing the best healthcare experience possible' when asked about Zocdoc's growth in 3, 5, and 10 years. They also couldn't answer questions about career development or long-term client relationship plans. They didn't even know about recent company news. It confirms what others have said about high turnover and low pay.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They didn't ask any tough questions.
