I submitted my resume and they quickly reached out to schedule an interview. I attended the interview on the appointed day. I completed some paperwork with questions before the actual interview began.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Talent Recruiter
I learned about this role through a referral and applied online. I was then contacted via email to schedule a group interview with the leadership team. The group interview involved the CEO, Operations Manager, and Assistant Manager. It was a bit intimidating, but they were very engaging and seemed genuinely interested in me, which made me more enthusiastic about the opportunity. They shared details about the company's background, the requirements of the Talent Recruiter position, their expectations for the role, and the autonomy I would have. We used an interactive iPad app where I drew questions from a virtual hat. After about an hour of answering questions, we concluded the interview. I received an offer letter about a week later.
- Given that success often requires overcoming numerous failures, how do you cope with setbacks in your work?

The interview process was very in-depth and detail-oriented. I felt the company was truly concerned with placing the correct individual and their skill set with the position that fit them best. The questions asked were directed to understand a person's goals and objectives not only in past positions but in potential opportunities going forward. I felt as if the company really wanted to get to know the individual and not just fill a job opening.
- What adjectives best describe your personality and work ethic, and which of those best defines you personally and professionally?
Commercial Cleaner
First, I had to write a mission statement about my values and goals and things that describe me. Then, I met with a lady for the interview, and we just talked and got to know each other. It was a very simple interview and went very well. The lady was very polite and kind. It seems like Zoë really takes care of their employees.
- What are your pet peeves?
- Could you write a mission statement about yourself, including your values and goals?
