It was a two-phase application process. The first conversation was for getting to know each other, and during the second meeting, we were shown the company and given a tour of the labs. Finally, I had to prepare a 15-minute presentation on a topic.

Very nice, very open communication. At the agreed time, two people arrived, one from HR and the other was the head of the mentioned department. During the conversation, there were various drinks and rolls.

Received a written invitation via email. Registered at reception. The department head and an HR employee were present. The management conversation was constructive. We discussed ZKF technology, experience with these technologies, possible areas of application, and preferences for the area of application. It's very positive to note: There were no questions reminiscent of assessment center situations or that delved too deeply into personal matters. No "HR tricks" were used; rather, a factual discussion was conducted.

The interview was good, and the people I spoke with were nice. However, HR went silent for over a month, which was weird and not great. It would be better if HR was more professional and kind, and if they didn't take so long to review applications. That's all I have to say.
