So Zirtual's interview process was kinda frustrating and felt like a big waste of time. It's this 3-day assessment thing, and after you finish it all, they hit you with a mock interview. The catch is, you only get like half a day to prep for it, AND it has to be done by 4 PM ET, which includes another assessment. Honestly, the amount of prep work and time they expect in such a tight window is just not realistic.

The interview process started with a written assessment, followed by a chat. The next step was a virtual interview where we discussed pay. After that, there's a training and assessment with the company, and then you decide if you want to work there.

It's a lengthy process with several 'tests' that are really helpful for grasping the job, especially if you haven't worked remotely before. It's also quite rewarding though. The interview process seems designed to make sure candidates match the job's requirements. There was also a video call 'face to face' interview.

I applied online on May 11 and got an assessment test on May 13. My first interview was a phone call on May 19. On the same day, I was scheduled for an in-person interview on May 28 with Stephanie. She said she'd send an offer by email the next day, but I didn't get it until June 4. I started on June 15 because they only hire on Mondays.
