It started with a recruiter chat to get a feel for my background and why I wanted to intern at Ziraat Bank. They asked about my studies, past internships, and programming language skills. Then, I had a video technical interview with a software engineer that lasted about an hour. After that, I did a behavioral interview with HR about my people skills, if I'd fit in, and how I deal with work stuff. Didn't get the job, but the process was good.
