The interview was pretty chill. The GM talked to me about my restaurant experience and my availability. I got the job offer right after.

It was a multi-step hiring process. I first had a phone interview, then I met with two general managers for my first interview. The last interview was with the director. The managers had a script, but we ended up having a good conversation and went off-script. The whole process took a little over a week, and I had to travel to different locations for each interview.

I went in, filled out an application, and the manager looked it over right away and talked to me. He asked some standard interview questions, like why I left my last job and how I found out about the restaurant. He also asked about me and what I think is key to being a server. After I answered, he said he'd offer me the job and told me when to come in for orientation.
