District Manager
I had a group interview over the phone after work with my Regional Manager and my current District Manager for the District Manager position. The call went smoothly and wasn't too stressful.
- Is this a part-time or full-time role you're seeking?
- Can you tell me about your availability?
- What are your qualifications that make you a good fit for this position?
Demo Specialist
Apply online. Got a call from a hiring manager while they were driving. Showed up for a "working interview" which was like a dress rehearsal. Depending on when you get there, you help buy supplies and set up the table. Then you watch the trainer and give your own presentation using a provided script. If your presentation isn't great, you go home; if it's good, you stay all day. The next day, you're expected to set up the table and do the presentation by yourself all day.
- Do you have your ID and a second form of ID for the hiring paperwork?
- Are you able to learn and deliver this script?
Sales Promoter
It was an easy process. They asked us to do a paid trial before confirming employment, to see if we'd be a good fit. The trial days were the actual interview, more than just talking. It's easy if you have sales experience in face-to-face settings.
- What sales experience do you have?
- Can you describe your public speaking skills?
- How good are you at selling?
Sales Associate
The interview was fast and direct. The whole process was quick and they got back to me quickly. The interviewer was nice and showed up on time. They asked questions about the job and could explain and answer my questions about the company.
- What have you learned from your past customer service roles, and how would you use that learning in this position?
- How would you apply what you've learned in previous customer service jobs to this role?
