You'll start with a recruiter screening call, then a chat with the hiring manager. After that, it's an onsite visit with a few 1:1s. Be ready for a case study that focuses on your thought process rather than a specific answer. Everyone in Product was great and super smart. Definitely don't bring up the Avis acquisition, it's a sensitive topic. Also, heads up about the Boston HQ restrooms - I only saw a men's and a broken disability one in the lobby. Hope that's not a reflection of the team!

The company moved very quickly after the initial phone interview with the hiring manager. The onsite involved a 1-hour presentation covering personal and professional background, two past successful projects, and a case study on a platform model. This format was effective for introductions and avoided repeating information. Following the presentation, there were one-on-one meetings with everyone who attended. On the downside, I was initially told I'd hear back the same day or within 24 hours, but it actually took a week. The product management team seemed incompetent and arrogant, so I'd advise against applying if you're a high-performing PM.
