There was this group interview with about 5-6 candidates and three managers asking questions. Pretty sure there was a one-on-one follow-up interview later, but it was so long ago I can't recall for sure. The interview was pretty chill, not intimidating at all. One of the managers even joked about a guy who showed up in a suit, saying he was overdressed. Most people wore business casual, and jeans were perfectly fine.

First I spoke with the Lead Coordinator, and then the second interview was scheduled with the City's Market Manager. The second interview was on the phone, on speakerphone, with both the Market Manager and the Market Coordinator. I thought it was incredibly unprofessional to conduct a hiring interview over the phone with multiple people, which demonstrates a lack of judgment and consideration for potential employees.

I sent an email in response to an online job posting. I got an email back the same day to schedule an interview. We met at a coffee shop near the office. It was a really simple interview, mostly to see if I was a good communicator and to learn a bit about me. I got the job offer later that day and started about a week after.
