Software Engineer
First, a recruiter screen, just a quick 15-min call to make sure you're a real person and check for any sponsorship needs. Then, a 1-hour tech screen with some medium to hard LeetCode problems. After that, the onsite, which has a 1-hour coding round (also medium/hard LeetCode) and a 1-hour practical round focusing on an object-oriented design problem. Finally, a 30-minute chat with the manager where they'll go over your resume and dive deep into one or two of your past projects or internships.
- How would you find the shortest path to a target node on an infinite grid with both stationary and moving barriers, where the moving barriers block entire rows or columns up to their head?

The recruiter reached out to schedule an initial call. Following that, there was a technical screen where I had to solve one LeetCode-style problem involving traversing an n-ary tree. I passed this stage and advanced to the next round, which wasn't LeetCode-based. I was given access to their codebase and had to implement a feature in the first part and then extend it in the second part. I couldn't finish the second part because time ran out.

A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn to start things off. Then, I had two screening interviews. The first was a 1-hour leetcode-style question, and the second was a 1-hour practical coding question. I used Python for both, and each interview involved a single problem that gradually became more complex.
