Really liked the interview process: started with a quick pre-screen with HR and the hiring manager. Depending on the specific department, there might be an additional 2-3 interviews with the team members you'd be working with. If everything checks out, you'll then meet with the HR Director and some folks from other departments.

I applied online and had a screening phone call with HR. They then invited me for an in-person interview. I was told I'd speak with a team lead and HR director, but instead, I had an unexpected panel interview with 7-8 members of the demand planning team. Only two people spoke to me, making it uncomfortable. They're looking for a very specific profile, and it seemed they didn't check my resume beforehand. They also mentioned the role isn't accurately titled, suggesting 'inventory planner' would be more fitting, which made the interview feel like a waste of time.

The interview questions were pretty general, like the ones you can find online. There was a second interview where I met about 4 more people, including the COO and VP. The second interview had pretty much the same questions as the first round. The interviews were great and the people were good and nice.
