Entrevista muito boa, gerentes super gente boa, espero ter passado! A experiência de estar num lugar como esse, é enrriquecedoura, pois a aura do lugar e das pessoas é magnífica.

It took about a week after I applied for them to get back to me and set up a phone interview. The phone interview was the worst one I have ever had. She asked why I was looking for a new job, which is because where I work has zero growth and lots of corporate management turn over. She told me that's the industry norm and to stop focusing on the negative. I was shocked. She discredited all my experience in the food service industry, including my 15+ years of experience and my culinary schooling. There were a few other things she said that were off-putting. And after she told me she wasn't going to hire me, she asked me to recommend some people because they are still looking for three more managers in my area. I was speechless and could not respond, I just said thank you for the interview and hung up.

I was promoted from within, and the Director of Operations gave me the job after a brief interview. We met at the store, sat at a table mid-day, had lunch, and casually chatted about the role. Following lunch, the conversation became more serious, focusing on the company's future and my part in it.

It took forever to get an interview. By the time they finally got around to me, I had already held two other jobs. How are you hiring but take 6 months to get to someone?
