Intern
There was a phone call and then a follow up interview. It was a good experience. The people are nice and helpful - it's better for you to be relaxed in answering their questions anyways. They know they are a top notch company though and want to be sure you are going to add value and work really hard.
- What strengths could you bring to this position.
Intern
I was emailed to schedule a phone interview. Then I had my first phone interview. A few days later, I got a second call from HR. They had more questions for me and also offered me the program. They also told me about the work I'd be doing.
- Tell me about your passion for the company and what you hope to achieve from this role.
- How do you see yourself fitting in with Zimmerman?
Intern
This was a rotational internship program that lasted the whole summer. I got to experience different departments for a week each, meeting various employees and learning about their daily tasks. The staff was really friendly. I would do it again.
