The interview process was easy and structured. The manager was okay. It seems like a good place to start a job, so it's worth giving it a try, especially for beginners. It's a large medical device company.

I had a phone interview with the CFO that lasted about 30 minutes. After that, he asked me to come in for an in-person interview. During the sit-down, I was asked a mix of questions about my past employment and history, as well as questions about me personally and why I thought I'd be a good fit. Then, the CEO joined and asked more questions. Finally, I was asked a few more questions about the specific duties of the role. I felt confident I'd get the offer, and they did offer me the position on the spot. I accepted and started the following Monday.

Started with a call from a staffing agency, then I talked with the hiring manager, the supervisor, and HR. After that, I was brought on as a temp-to-hire for six months before getting a full-time offer. Now, background checks are also mandatory.
