The interview process involved online tests and an in-person interview. It was a fine process, and everyone was friendly and kind, making it enjoyable to chat with people. It was frustrating not to get an offer since I felt like I was the ideal candidate and it seemed like a great place to work where I could have done great things.

The interview involved 4 people. The whole time I didn't say a word. They mostly talked about themselves and bad-mouthed some of their team members. One interviewer asked about my favorite superhero, and another asked if I was a Seahawks fan, implying that my hiring depended on it because she makes decisions based on football team affiliation.

I spoke with individuals one-on-one for about two hours. They asked all the typical interview questions; nothing was surprising. Zetron is known for taking its time with hiring. If you don't hear back for 6-8 weeks after interviewing, it doesn't mean you're out of the running. I've seen people hired 3 months after interviewing, and no one else was even interviewed in the meantime.

I was hired to write automated Python scripts for testing. The interview process was very quick, consisting of just one phone call. This was due to a time-sensitive offer. Normally, the process might be longer.
