The interview process took about 3 months. It included one on one interview and then a panel interview with the whole team. You must be a motorcycle or dirt bike rider to work in engineering. Lots of young staff. Fairly diverse. All nice folks. Good team. Job can involve trips to the race track, OHV parks, etc. Mandatory days in office.
