I met with 2 Supervisors in the program I work in. I was asked basic questions about my exp and why I want to work in this field. I was offered the job by my Supervisors then a few days later HR called and we negotiated pay. I started 2 weeks later, this was to provide my current employment a 2 week notice.

Got a call to schedule the interview, and I showed up at the office before my interview time. I talked to the receptionist about why I was there and was sent to a different location to meet the interviewer. At the second location, I was sent somewhere else, which was pretty annoying. I was interviewed by four people for three different job openings. They asked me a bunch of questions about each job and my work history. The questions weren't too hard, they were like the standard ones you find online, nothing really new or different.

There were some initial steps before the main interview, including a phone call and a hiring event. The in-person part was a good hour-long chat with three people. It was a nice conversation and a lot of it was about self-care and personal well-being, which was really positive.
