So, my interview journey felt like leveling up in a game. It started with just submitting my resume, like getting the entry pass. Then came the real deal – the technical round. This was the tough part, really digging into algorithms, core Java, and SQL. They didn't just ask bookish stuff; they wanted to see how I'd apply it in the real world and how quickly I could optimize code. After that, it was like a coding marathon with a problem-solving test. Once I passed that, I had a panel interview where they checked my soft skills – asking about past projects, how I work in a team, and how I tackle problems. The last step was the HR round, which was pretty chill, just chatting about what I expected and the company vibe. It was a long haul, but totally worth it, learning something new at every stage.

It was a good experience overall. The recruiting panel was helpful throughout the interview and onboarding. Office staff were friendly after I joined. The interview process consisted of 3 rounds: a telephonic interview, a face-to-face technical interview, and an HR round. All communication was polite and the process went smoothly.

The interview had 2 panel rounds. The first interviewer asked questions about Python, AWS, and SQL, which felt appropriate for a senior role and were asked in a friendly manner. However, the second interviewer was quite rude and seemed to be trying to undermine me. Even though I explained my experience with Kafka, including its consumer and producer aspects in my projects, he kept pressing me about its infrastructure-level details, despite me clarifying that I don't work on the configuration side and am not a Kafka developer. He persisted with these questions in a condescending tone. If I were to be selected, I decided I wouldn't proceed to any further rounds.
