So they first asked me about my college project, like what it was about and what I did in it, plus the tech I used. Then there were some aptitude and programming questions, and questions about oops concepts. They also asked me about SQL, like joins, primary keys, foreign keys, stored procedures, and functions. And then some advanced concepts in any programming language I know and frontend questions on html, css, and javascript.

So the first day had two technical rounds. The first one was about an hour long, and they really dug into MVC and C#. The second interview focused on my project's architecture. After that, they gave me an essay topic and asked some HR questions about salary and expectations. Then they asked me to fill out a Glassdoor review for Zensar and choose 'accepted offer.' The next week, they called to negotiate, but when I refused, they said there was a client round with only HR questions. However, the person who interviewed me asked all technical questions, and there was no client involved – it was actually one of their own employees conducting a fake client interview. My advice to the company: 1. If you can't hire someone, be upfront. Don't conduct fake client interviews. 2. Technical rounds should happen first, then the offer. If you need to reject someone based on the interview, do it then, not later with a fake "Client interview." 3. Please stop the rounds where you ask candidates to fill out Glassdoor reviews; I suspect most of those reviews are created this way. My time was completely wasted.

The interview process was quite straightforward and user-friendly. I received an initial call, and HR then arranged my telephonic interview. The technical interviewer called precisely on schedule, asking a variety of questions about .NET, cloud technologies, jQuery, SQL, C#, and object-oriented programming concepts. Following that, I was shortlisted for a face-to-face interview and received a call the day before to confirm the schedule. A confirmation call also came through 15 minutes prior to the meeting. Upon arrival at the office, I was seated in a very nice conference room. My overall experience was excellent.
