Had a technical discussion that went well, with good quality questions perfectly suited for a senior UI developer role. It indirectly suggested there's a lot to learn at Zensar.

There was an online test, then a technical round, and finally an HR round. My suggestion is don't waste your time for this interview, because the interviewer wants you to give them answers that are already online, they don't understand logic. They asked me basics of js,html and css but the problem was that they will not make you understand what they want to ask, it sounded like the interviewers technical knowledge is not wide and they are already confused. They should brush up their skills before the interview.

The interview was pretty standard. First up was a technical interview, mostly about JavaScript and React. They started with JS concepts, functions, async stuff, and best practices. Then we moved to React – components, state, lifecycle, hooks, and making it run faster. It was a good mix of theory and practical stuff.
