HR reached out via email to schedule the first interview. I picked a time, but they sent an invite for a different time. I asked HR to confirm, and she sent the same incorrect timings again. I selected Monday 1 PM, but the invite was for Tuesday 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM. I don't understand why they did this or why they used the calendar for booking. The interviewer was very unprofessional. It was the first round, and he didn't even ask 'Tell me about yourself.' He immediately asked a lot of personal questions instead of job-related ones. He asked about SQL, which isn't relevant to the job description. We're looking for jobs, so please don't waste our time with irrelevant questions. This should be professional, not like an investigation. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere rather than wasting time here. I'm very upset about this experience.

I had an initial interview and they got back to me super fast to schedule a second one. I joined the call for the second interview and nobody showed up. I sent an email after 15 minutes and still haven't heard back. It seems like this happens a lot with this company based on what I've read. It was really disrespectful and a total waste of my time and day. I wonder if they treat their customers the same way they treat candidates.

Got a LinkedIn message from a recruiter about this role, so I applied after checking out some great Glassdoor reviews. This interview process was the longest I've ever done, lasting about 3.5 months. First, there's an online exam with 50 questions covering basic English, arithmetic, and reasoning, which is pretty easy to pass. After that, the first round is with a Product Support Lead, focusing on past experience, hypothetical scenarios, and project management, no tech questions. The second and third rounds are similar; sometimes there's even a fourth round. You'll have to keep following up with recruiters for updates, but if you have the right skills, they make a really attractive offer that's higher than average. The overall experience was good, and I accepted the offer.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • After passing the online exam (which includes 50 basic English, arithmetic, and reasoning questions), the first round with a Product Support Lead will cover your previous experience, scenario-based questions, and project management questions, with no technical questions asked.
