Project Manager
My experience has been really disappointing. Interviews got rescheduled a bunch of times without much warning. Also, I joined calls and waited for over 10 minutes with no one showing up or any updates. Because it was so unclear and unresponsive, I decided to pull out of the running. I don't want to work with Zenoti anymore because this isn't the kind of professional experience I expect.
- Can you share an instance where you managed stakeholders who had conflicting priorities?
Project Manager
A Zenoti recruiter reached out on LinkedIn about a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager role. I initially thought it wasn't a fit because the description mentioned managing people, which I don't do, but the recruiter clarified they needed a project manager, not a people manager. I sent my resume. Next, I had a Zoom meeting with the hiring manager, but she couldn't access my resume and didn't know the job details. I sent her my resume again via LinkedIn. About five minutes into our chat, a third person joined, which was unexpected as I was told it would be just one person. This second person was also unprepared and quite rude. Despite these issues, I proceeded and met with a second hiring manager, followed by a final interview with the Senior VP. The same questions were asked in all three interviews, like about my project methodologies and reasons for leaving my previous job. Finally, I got an auto-generated rejection email saying my experience didn't match the requirements, which felt unprofessional after going through several rounds.
- What project methodologies do you utilize?
- What are your reasons for leaving your previous employment?
Project Manager
I applied through my college via cocubes. The interview process was smooth and easy going. There were 2 rounds of interviews. Concentrate on the things which are on your resume and don't be nervous. Be genuine and confident.
